Columbia Asia Vietnam Hospitals Closure Notice

Columbia Asia regrets to announce the closure of Columbia Asia Gia Dinh International Hospital (CA Gia Dinh) and Columbia Asia Saigon International Clinic (CA Saigon) effective January 31, 2024.

The investment certificate allowing operation of CA Gia Dinh and CA Saigon, held by Columbia Asia (Vietnam) Ltd (CAVN), will expire, and CAVN cannot extend or renew it under current Vietnamese investment laws. As per the certificate, CAVN will transfer all fixed assets to the State of Vietnam upon expiration.

For over two decades, CA Gia Dinh and CA Saigon have provided trusted healthcare services to their communities. Columbia Asia expresses heartfelt gratitude to patients, staff, clinicians, and business partners for their support.

Please note, Columbia Asia Binh Duong Hospital remains unaffected and continues operations under a separate Investment Certificate issued to Columbia Asia Binh Duong Co Ltd.
