1Direct Billing is not applicable for preventive benefits: medical check-ups, vaccinations, appliances, and vitamins.
2Book ahead — patients should make reservations before attending an office visit.
3Bring your insurance coverage card and a copy of your ID card or passport.
4A deposit or credit card may be required as per the hospital's procedures.
5Insurance companies cover normal, usual and customary charges for all treatments.
