Important Update: PTI & Henner Discontinue New Master Care International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) Business in Vietnam
PTI -Post & telecom Insurance Vietnam- and Henner have announced a strategic change regarding their International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) offering in Vietnam. Effective October 1, 2025, the companies will discontinue new business for the Master Care IPMI product, which is administered by Henner. This decision, which follows a recent strategic business review, impacts both individual and SME insurance plans.
Key Details for Partners and Clients
New Business & Quotations End Date: No new Master Care IPMI business or quotations will be issued after October 1, 2025.
Existing Policyholders:All current policyholders remain fully protected. The discontinuation only applies to new policies.
Renewals: PTI and Henner will continue to process renewals for existing Master Care plans with effective dates after October 1, 2025, until further notice.
Continued Support and Services for Current Members
Current Master Care members will maintain full access to all services and benefits:
Medical Care Access: Members can continue to access medical care through the Henner provider network.
Henner Services: All existing Henner services remain operational, including the Member Portal, Henner App, and Customer Service Hotline.
