Our representative office in Vietnam has operated since 2014 to make the transfer process as smooth as possible for patients and their family members—including dealing with insurance partners directly and ensuring all transportation is safely managed, and providing a full range of complimentary support to patients seeking medical care in Singapore.

Raffles Medical Group and International SOS was formed to enhance and expand the services of our clinics in China, Vietnam and Cambodia.

In 2005, a joint venture between with Raffles Medical Group and International SOS was formed to enhance and expand the services of our clinics in China, Vietnam and Cambodia. March 2016 saw the seven China and Cambodia clinics rebranded to Raffles Medical clinics. From 5 June 2017, the three clinics in Vietnam have been rebranded as well.

  1. Direct Billing services are not applicable for preventive benefits (medical check-up, vaccinations, appliances, and vitamins).
  2. Clients should make reservations for office visits.
  3. Clients should bring your coverage card and a copy of ID card/ Passport.
  4. Deposit or Credit card can be required as per the hospital or clinic’s procedures.
  5. Insurance Company covers normal, usual and customary charges for all treatments.
  6. Stay – limited to 24-hours.

Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00
